"My family’s been getting our cars fixed with Larry for decades, and we’ve always had a great experience. However, in recent years they’ve gone down the hill. On multiple occasions, repairs we’ve gotten done have been done sloppily or incorrectly, so we have to bring it back or take it somewhere else. The last couple of trips, with three different cars, we’ve received our cars back with oil/brake fluid reside on the steering wheel, eating through the material and leaving permanent damage. This is minor, but extremely frustrating and avoidable. In addition, on a recent fog-light repair, they misplaced the trim around the light, and when I brought it up, they dodged the question, insisting that they “couldn’t say if it was there when they received the car.” As with the deteriorated steering wheels, they could not take any responsibility and repeated the same in-genuine lines. Mechanic service is built on trust, and Larry’s Auto Motor has lost ours."
