"At first I was really happy with this shop because the owner seemed friendly and willing to help me. I got new front brakes and rotors along with an inspection (all which cost me $600,) but 4 months later was having some issues with them grinding and just feeling like something wasn’t right. I called the shop with no answer, left a voicemail, and never heard back. I continued calling for a month, left multiple voicemails with my phone number and information, describing the issue I was having, and I never received a call back to this day. That’s bad business. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you would ever need to speak to the mechanic after having work done on your car."

"Bob was absolutely amazing. He got me in a couple days after I called and took care of the inspection so fast I wouldn't have had time to walk anywhere. Great over the phone and friendly in person. Went in a couple months later to get new tires put on, had the tires delivered to him and he put them on in an hour."

"Bob Krugh is one of the best, most trustworthy mechanics that has ever worked on my cars. He does all the work himself and we have always been very satisfied with his diagnosis and work . He does not try to hit you up with repairs you don't need or extras. Bob's prices are fair and he always tries his best to squeeze us in when we have a emergency repair. Family owned businesses are hard to beat!"
