"We leased a truck through Ally .we returned it to Toyota on Nov 30th. January they now want to charge us for a scratch. They called us on Dec 7th and asked when we were returning the truck. It was setting on the lot on McKnight Road .Ally was never notified we returned it. This place really sucks .We are not paying them."

"I generally come to this location to have my vehicle serviced. (Oil Changes Only.) It takes this location over 2hrs to do an oil change. Why do I make an appointment for 7AM if it takes 2hrs? This is supposed to be a specialist location but they are awful. Rude customer service, rude staff and management doesn’t know how to run a business. I will never visit this location again after today."

"Edit: I took it back and they fixed it free of charge. So the only complaint is improper diagnosis the first time. Car was making clanking noise when braking. They said it was the brake pads and needs $1200 to fix. Got it done and next day the noise came back."

"Update since my last review. Took my 2008 Camry in for inspection 2 months ago. Spent about $2.5K fixing concerns. Was told that the car was good to go. Front end vibrated at low speed. Key got lost, so I took it back in to get a new one. Was told that the water pump was noisy and that the front end was fine. Went in for a water pump replacement - nearly $1K. Told that the ball joints were in fact worn and should be replaced, but everything else was great. When I started the car after the water pump replacement I heard a loud knocking from the engine compartment. Drove it home anyway thinking it was the new belt breaking in. Car never left driveway until my return to Shorkey. Started it up to take it in to have the new ball joints installed. The AC was no longer working. I said "before you do the ball joints, find out what's going on with the AC". Got a call with more "bad news", to the tune of 4 more problems (radiator leaking, exhaust pipe leaking, AC leaking, idler pulley dying) , discovered and a cost of $4.5K to fix. Remember, not more than a 13 mile round trip between this "service" and the last when none of these things were wrong. Is it intentional? Is it just that the guy who did the inspection, the guy who programmed the key, and the guy who replaced the water pump ALL IN THE LAST 2 MONTHS weren't as observant as this latest guy? Don't know, don't care, not going back. But I credit them for a brilliant strategy. Reel you in carefully like a prize marlin. Don't hit you with everything at once or you'll bolt. Get you thinking - well, I've spent good money already, but maybe THIS will be it. You don't want to waste all that money you spent on the other repairs, right? Just do these and you'll be fine - until we find the next multi-thousand dollar repair that you'll need."
