The most recent visit to Rob Wagner was after a disappointing visit to my Cadillac dealer that failed to fix two small dents on my brand new car. I had other service tasks that brought me to the dealer and I asked them to look at the dents. They said it couldn’t be fixed with a dent wizard type and required a $6000 repair. Rob Wagner disagreed. He used an expert in paintless dent repair (PDR) who figured out a way to eliminate any evidence of either dent.
