"Utilized Lifetime Auto Works for our vehicle repair and service for several years and was always pleased. Tony, Scott and Devon were always friendly, accommodating and, what I thought to be honest and reasonable. Referred their service to many family members, friends and co-workers. They reportedly changed four spark plugs and one coil on my vehicle in November 2021. Our relative (who is quite handy with mechanics) recommended we change the other three coils and found that the spark plugs were the original and never replaced. Reviewed the receipt and confirmed that we paid for four spark plugs and one coil plus labor. Telephoned and spoke with Tony (owner) when the issue was discovered; he was going to look into it and call me back. Still waiting for an explanation, although I do understand they can't vividly remember something they did months ago. Trust is very important to me. Now I'm suspicious and wondering if the work they supposedly performed on my vehicle was actually done. Unfortunately, the vehicle is no longer in my possession and I'm unable to confirm."
