"My vehicle took 3 months to be fixed and counting because it still isn't done. I got a call from Sheena saying my vehicle was ready to be picked up and she started screaming at me about the insurance money, which was absolutely wild considering I didn't yell at her and insurance money has nothing to do with me because I'm not the one clocked in. As frustrated as they might be, I'm way more frustrated considering I don't have a vehicle to drive home in like they do. I was able to pick up my vehicle and drive it home after 3 months, but then I couldn't get it to start again. It's currently sitting in my driveway waiting for a battery to come in. It's been almost a full week after the original 3 months and I'm still waiting. Every time I ask for a timeline or update, I'm just told "tomorrow" everyday, but "tomorrow" means months apparently. I've definitely lost trust and hope in this shop. I've had to pay for rental cars and my car pavment on top of my deductible, which has been thousands and haven't been compensated at all for the major inconvenience this all has caused. It would've been less frustrating if they would've been more communicative, but throughout my entire experience it's been pulling teeth to get ahold of anyone to give me any update or information. I'm extremely disappointed and unsatisfied."

"I was initially apprehensive about dropping my Volvo S60 off because of the previous reviews on here. Geico recommended this place and so I was inclined to go with them. I hit a deer and was on the hook for paying for a rental car. So I was already feeling grumpy…. However, despite my cynicism, I was pleasantly surprised that the turnaround was 17 days. I left a message a few days after I dropped off my car just to get a feel for what the shop manager thought. Andrew touched base with me and gave me a rough estimate of when he thought my car would be done and my Geico agent Aaron was really very helpful in working with everything and everyone involved. Communication is key in any business relationship. Picked up car on Dec. 20th and am happy with the work. Everyone involved gets a solid positive review from me."

"We live in Georgia and had an accident while driving to Erie and had to have our car towed there outside of their business hours. Working with them is an actual nightmare. They rarely if ever answer the phone and do not return calls. I had even left a message with their call center that I got forwarded to when they didn’t answer the phone. No call back. The woman who does answer the phone is rude and unsympathetic. Our adjuster came out and they lost the estimate and did not start working on our car until after it sat there for a whole month. We have been paying out of pocket on our rental car for a month because of this mistake on their part. It has been over two months since the incident with no end in sight. There has been no communication from them whatsoever in terms of updates on our vehicle. Would never recommend this shop based on our experience so far."

"Though the quality work is good the customer service for the collision center is absolutely the worst. I understand that parts can take longer to be received but they provide no updates, no call backs. We were left wondering for 73 days.and without transportation after running thru the rental covered by the insurance. This was beyond frustrating."

"I would give them a zero stars but I wasn’t able to. If you want the work done at a reasonable time don’t go there. If you would like them to call you and communicate with you don’t go there. This place is awful. I had an estimate done and then called for a week and no one called me back. Then I had another estimate because they lost the first one and waited a week. Called for days no one called back. Then they said they called back and they never did. Worst customer service. I would say there is no customer service don’t waste your time here"
