"Everything about this place is absolutely fantastic. All of the mechanics (as well as the receptionist) are all very personable and kind. You will NEVER get ripped off or screwed over with these guys. They also supply honest, fair, and quality work, and their consultations are also very helpful. I was even able to bring in a car I was thinking about buying, and they looked over it free of charge. I cannot recommend these guys enough!"

"This is my favorite auto mechanic in our area. Michael is a super ethical and competent mechanic that has a nice way of telling you what needs repaired or serviced. They go out of their way to serve their customers. One time, they even had someone give me a lift home and picked me back up because the repair was going to take a long time and they didn't want me to have to sit there. Now that's service! I have an older car so I am always worried when I take it in for the annual inspection. Michael and his team never rip you off by making up repairs or anything even on an older car which I totally appreciate. They have done both major (replaced my AC system) and minor (old change, tire rotation and inspections) work for me and I could not recommend them any more. My only gripe is their driveway which sometimes gets deep ruts in it that's hard on our other car which sits low to the ground. They do try to keep up with it to make it smoother but it's difficult since it's just gravel. Minor gripe for such a great place."

"Mike has been my family's mechanic since before I was born. Mike is a gruff, lively, well-tattooed guy who gives honest, straight diagnoses to your car problems. I have never once been ripped off, and trust him and his crew every time. There were two occasions in the years I went there where they made a *minor* mistake, and they fixed it immediately, no charge, no hassle. They won't charge you for extra parts, and they are up-front about suggestions and options. I'd recommend calling at least 2 weeks ahead of your preferred time, since they always have a long line of people waiting."

"I always get a call from Michael Johnson reviewing issues he sees with my car. Very informative and helpful and always asks your approval before going ahead to fix the issues. He provides accurate quotes and sticks to them, and the rest of the team is very friendly, informed, and helpful. I took a car I bought used in for an alignment and there were a lot of serious problems with it that he positively identified. He called, went over the options and quotes and fixed everything. It felt like a new car after that. He even touched up my brakes and repaired my emergency brake for free because he felt bad about all the issues that he found. I highly recommend Michael Johnson's! -2 years later I highly recommend Michael Johnson's. I am shopping for another used car and he gave recommendations for cars that are good and ones to stay away from. He also encourages me to bring in any used car I am looking to purchase for an inspection/analysis for free and without an appointment! It's incredible!"

"Phenomenal service. I will go here every time I need car work performed. Both Michael and the mechanic that did the work were excellent. I read a lot of reviews about mechanics within the city and was not pleased. I read Michael's story on their website and can definitely feel the family-like warmth of how they conduct business. My clutch now works perfectly and he let me use a loner vehicle to head into my work while they fixed my car. So easy to drop it off the loner car that night and drive away in my fixed car. Definitely give then a try. Pulling into their back parking lot is a little odd, but very worth it for quality service and no BS."
