"The customer service here is absolutely terrible...the staff is completely unwelcoming and down right nasty . They just bark instructions at you if you want to sit down and eat.. Unfortunately they are the only pizza hut left that you can actually eat in ... The staff will obviously ruin this with their attitudes eventually... The food was delicious as expected but God fir bid they hire anyone pleasant..."

"Ordered through uber eats. They swore it was made today and "hot" when it left the store. Arrived cold and half way dried out looking like it'd been sitting out ALL DAY. The stupid uber eats app wouldn't let me upload the image of the barely cheesed up ginger snaps we were delivered and the store was equally no help. We only ordered from them because Little Caesars had closed. We couldn't be more disappointed if we prayed for it! Waste of $50"

"We got here for dinner not super late around 6pm upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly younger person who was interrupted by a very grumpy older man. This man proceeded to tell my husband myself and the 3 13yr with us we could only sit in one side of the restaurant. He then loudly and aggressively tells us we need to order at the counter and get our drinks out of the cooler, at no point had myself or my husband been rude or seeming irritated. Also we are the only people in the entire restaurant. He rings us up my bill was over $50 and I left a 20% tip. He then tells my husband he needs to move his car (one of two cars in the entire parking lot)! Needless to say we will not be back! Also they served the super hot pizza with no utensils to get it off the paddle."

"Store manager Marissa Baker is the worst. They tell me half hour 35 minutes it was over an hour with no response. I call back they put me on hold for 10 minutes then hang up. I go there ask for the manager she has no Customer service at all. She said I can make it now or refund money snoodily. I ask for customer service she said I can look it up myself. Call corporate I'm not the first one to have the same compaint. I feel bad for anyone that has to deal with her both employee and customer. As long as she's there I will not order again!"
