"This guy has NO CLUE WHAT HE'S DOING!!! He came to "help" us, took our car apart and didnt come back! On top of that, he broke the air conditioning line, and took the bolts he took off our car with him. Come to find out what he was doing wasnt even the problem!!! This guy is a straight up hack!!!!"

"This is my mother's computer, but my brother overheated and broke down about 5 hours from his home in Pa, and about an hour from our home in Clarksburg, WV. I came to get him and call AAA. Unfortunately, we were in a horrible area to get cell reception and could not get thru the computer interrogation after a half hour of trying. A man had driven by and asked if we needed help, we told him we were ok, we have triple A. He left but returned about 20 minutes later, to check and offered to check it out. He told us who he was, and then told us he could fix it. A good Samaritan, because it was so hot and humid. Well, I grilled him about cars and parts and prepared for the worst. But that never happened, It took a few days because it was a blown head gasket and all sorts of stuff had to be done. He worked harder than any shop I have been to, charged us one half at least of what other shops charge, and really went above and beyond to help my brother get home to Pa in time for a family event. We are very pleased and salute this young marine for keeping his word and doing us right. Thanks Chris and Amber too for her graciousness to strangers. And thank you to Bill the tow truck driver from Ervin's in Morgantown."
