"Randy and his team had to install 3 Jasper motors in my 2013 Dodge Ram pickup. The first 2 had issues from the rebuild process that were not known and came from Jasper that way. This was during COVID, when everything was so hard to get. By the time we got to the 3rd motor, I'm sure Randy was tired of my truck and the motor. Through it all, Randy was very professional, thoughtful and explained the process throughly. The motor(s) were yanked out and new ones put in within 2 days. Cannot recommend Auto Tech enough!"

"Took my car there to be looked at after it stopped driving and they thought the problem was either the torque converter or fuel pump. Tried getting it towed through their AAA service and after a couple days I got curious since it hadn't been delivered yet. Tried reaching out to them via email since that is my way of communication and that is what I told them my preferred way for contacting me when I went in person and I haven't been able to get a response from them in months. My car is nowhere to be found and they will not provide me with any information. Very unprofessional after getting good recommendations through friends."
