"Zoo boo was a boo hoo all the way home. Who ever is the strategist for here should be replaced! If you stop giving candy out to kids at 3 pm then please stop giving out the totes to fill with candy. Children don't understand! Why not keep the experience going for all the kids until 4:30? What a disappointment! Short staffed and a line all the way to the parking lot. We should've had time to do some of the treating but waiting in line kept the tote empty. Had to buy candy on the way home and hide it around the house for them to find it just to lift their spirits. We won't be coming back again for this."
