"I was told, approximately 3 months ago, that at 60000 miles my car would need the brake fluid changed. I was quoted a price at that time. Today, I come to have the work done; and, am told , “We don’t do brake fluid changes.” I will never return to this place."

"I have a fleet account here.. just brought my nice personal truck here for the first time. Everything seemed fine.. till I got home and had oil dripping from underneath my truck onto my driveway. Crawled underneath to discover my skid plate had 2 broken bolts that were zip tied on and oil splash everywhere from the change out dripping down onto my nice driveway. Then I remember the monitors that show the work being performdd under your car were turned off while I was there. I can't prove they sheared off my skid plate bolts on a 3 yr old tacoma.. but the sloppy oil draining process I've gotta look at everyday now I drive onto my driveway after work till next summer when I get it sealed and cleaned again. Maybe its worth going back to the dealership and sitting for 30 more minutes for an oil change and not having to worry about sloppiness and secondary damages that just cost me even more money."

The service technicians did a very good job answering all my questions. All of them were very professional and very friendly. I can definitely recommend this business and will use them again. The one thing I loved also is you can stay in your car the whole time. They did not try to upcharge me or sell me anything but I did not need. Aaron was great with the service and explained everything."
