"Rarely leave reviews. I’ve given them too many chances. I drive a Nissan Sentra and somehow it’s the most confusing car they receive. Have turned me away multiple times for the skid plate basically being too hard to remove. I’ve gone other places and they’ve never even mentioned it. It’s just laziness and they don’t want to do it. I’ve only tried multiple times because there was a manager at one time who cared enough to do my car and not complain. Just avoid them, use a local place, that’s what I’ll do from here on out."

"The "Manager" Braden was touching on some dude in his car in front of the shop before giving me the most uneducated and clueless explanation as to why he overcharged for my oil change. Don't go here. These people don't know cars. The "manager" didn't even know how to change a filter."

"They stripped my drain plug and all the oil leaked out. Luckily my regular body shop caught it about a week later. When I asked for a refund they said it would be no problem but it never materialized. The people who work there are nice but this experience has turned me off from using a quick oil change place in the future."

"Management changes frequently, services usually done so quickly things get missed, not recommended for a place to work under the LUCOR team. Once witnessed a Subaru brake job turn into the customer watching his car almost fall into the bay because the Reagonal manager thought it was a great idea not to set latches on an old scissor lift, sure enough one of the Hydro lines blew out and they had to fight to get the wheels back on. (Rotors nearly touching the ground) Insubordination, lack of proper experience, advertising services the employees are not trained to do, not to mention forcing the employees to work 70 hour work weeks for much less wage than their competitors. Lastly, will overquote any ancillary service just to take money out of ur pocket, so that it goes in theirs. P.S. your fleet vehicles are better off getting work done at properly trained facilities."
