"While driving across Pennsylvania on our way to Ohio we got a flat tire. We found Complete Service Center online and called to see if they could help. The woman working the phone and the desk could not have been more welcoming, telling us to come right in. I am sorry not to have each person's name handy because each individual was SO nice and helpful. The gentleman in the shop could have been working a professional pit stop-he examined and patched our tire so efficiently. It is not that common in today's world to encounter people who are just plain nice as these folks are. They were equally capable.
