"If I could put negative stars I would,I am shocked at how I was spoken to. I recieved a letter from the IRS stating my taxes was missing information.. I've been waiting almost year for my taxes and still have not received them. I showed them the paper from the IRS and asked for a refund. They actually blamed the IRS saying the IRS must have lost my taxes. They didn't offer to do an investigation, they said for me to prove it if I want a refund knowing no one can get a hold of the IRS right now. That's ok though because corporate is investigating it now. So I can't say anything good about the offices in our area but the corporate office was more then willing to listen to me, to take the time to talk to me like I am a person, and really was just so nice and helpful. They didn't yell at me or threaten to hang up on me instead of listening they didn't talk down to me like I was less then them and they offered to do what they could for me instead of saying they didn't have to do anything for me. Maybe the offices in our area should get some training in respect and how to be professional, I'm just disgusted."
