"I recently had a minor car accident that caused some ugly damage to the front end of my vehicle. Tony at Phil Fitts called me right away and was able to see my vehicle right away to get the process started. I was updated regularly along the way, whether by text or personal call from Tony or Paula. I picked up my vehicle today and I am floored. It looks just gorgeous! I would never know that it was in an accident. They also detailed it, inside and out. My car looks better than it did when I first bought it. I won't go anywhere else for vehicle repair from here on out."

"Wanted to take a moment and award the body shop at Phil Fitts Ford with five stars. A recent collision with a deer left us in need of a quality repair job. Our vehicle suffered major damage to the front end. Immediately upon inspection, the body shop manager Tony Oliva was able to deem the vehicle undrivable and to give us an estimate as to how long a repair would take. Paula was quickly able to communicate with our insurance company and also arrange a rental car. What could have been a very stressful process was surprisingly easy. When the repairs to our vehicle were complete, it did look just like new - exactly as had been promised. Very grateful to Tony, Paula, and the whole crew at Phil Fitts Body Shop. It’s very unfortunate to ever need auto body repair, but if you do, it’s fantastic to have an establishment to depend on. This place is it."

"This is an updated review. I had extensive bodywork done to my truck because of a deer impact in between the seasons of winter and spring. I noticed a squeak in my door. I called the body shop and they told me to bring it in when I got a second And they would look at it. I dropped it off for a service and told them to send it to the body shop when they were done to look at the problem there was a miscommunication between myself, the body shop and the service department, about where the noise was coming from, and my trucks problem hadn’t been addressed. mistakes happen and I am not the person to call anybody out on them because I make them as well , Tony went above and beyond to make the situation right and got my vehicle fixed immediately. In today’s world I don’t think that happens in the buck is always passed. I highly recommend the Phil Fitts Ford Lincoln body shop without any reservation. They did it a wonderful job, restoring my truck after the accident and were tremendous and helping me out with the loose part inside my door. Couldn’t be more happy with how my truck looks and runs thank you very much to Tony and his staff."
