They got me in for an appointment quickly and accommodated my busy work schedule by doing my repair work in the evening and letting me wait for my vehicle instead of having to arrange ride. I was pleasantly surprised that Ken was able to quickly get the parts needed when the entire country is struggling with parts supply shortages right now. Ken was honest about the work needed and the estimate and worked quickly to get the work done. This was my first time using 1211 for work on my vehicle and the reason I chose to call them was because of 2 personal recommendations by others who had a great experience at this shop. I will certainly be going back for future needs, as not only did he surpass my expectations, but it was fairly priced as well."
