He did not prepare a Power of Attorney that he knew was needed 2 months before the closing, never sent me the Security Deposit that I was entitled to but had it on the closing statement as if I received it. Changes were made to the final closing statement and he never sent it to me and wouldn’t respond. He just stopped answering texts, phone calls, and emails for 10 days!!! I had to call the corporate office to get a final copy of the closing statement. Janet sent me the statement while we were on the phone. Now I’m receiving emails from Frank trying to justify his unprofessional behavior. Now it feels like harassment. One star is too good"
