"I've never written a google review before as I always try to be as understanding as possible in every situation. However, I paid $300.00 to process everything for closure on my home. I needed to do a notary meeting outside of the state I purchased in. Anyhow, the notary was 3.5 hours late to our scheduled meeting. I am a healthcare professional and I scheduled our meeting during my lunch hour to ensure there was no interruption to patient care. This notary also called me the previous week by mistake, she had mixed my information up with another individual whom was actually claiming a bankruptcy. As you can imagine, I was thoroughly displeased, I questioned, had my paperwork been given to someone else? It had not, the notary was disorganized. After that fiasco, I waited the required 3 business days as regulated by federal law. After the waiting period, I waited for my funds to be transferred since 0837, alas, at the end of the business day, I was informed that my account numbers had been processed incorrectly. I reconfirmed my information with Quicken Loans and with this title company before my information was sent for disbursement. My bank happens to be USAA and that company stops accepting wire transfers at 1600 CST. Needless to say, the process of purchasing and financing my loan with Colonial Title has been stressful BUT Renee, the owner, has listened and rectified my experience. Definitely recommend!"

"this was not a pleasant experience at all. they were incompetent in this closing. they did not put account numbers on the checks so it can be applied to the proper account. i am now in collections. i didnt understand some things on the closing statement and my title officer suggested i go hire an attorney if i did not like it. they need to understand that the public does not do closings everyday and they need to be more patient to explain things to the clients. i will NEVER use them again in the future. it does not cost anything to be pleasant."
