"First time there it was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Tne waitress was terrible I ordered Sea Bass green beans and a tossed salad. The Sea Bass was cold never got the greens beans as after I questioned her she told me they don't have them. Why wasn't I informed that when I ordered them. Lastly, I went to the mens room prior to departure, there was urine all over the bathroom floor and the in sink was a thick white colored film all over the sink bowl. This is a terrible place. I recommend going to McDonalds into of the joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Had the worst experience this evening at Four. We were a group celebrating Christmas and were supposed to have a buffet. Buffet was not prepared so we ended up with a family style meal which we had already paid for including tax and tip. There was barely enough food for all of us and the food was mediocre at best. Definitely not worth the price we paid. Had to ask for refills on drinks, water, etc. When check came, there were discrepancies which person in charge questioned. Owner was insistent that she was right and talked down to my friend in a very disrespectful manner. And my friend had ordered dessert for all of us and on that check, they included an additional tip on each individual dessert. The whole thing was unbelievable - whatever happened to "the customer is always right" or at least has the right to question the bill. I will never return to Four and I'm sure that the rest of my group feels the same way. Nothing was right from the time we arrived until the time we left. Don't know how they stay in business."

Amazing atmosphere, service, and food at a super affordable price (to be honest, I think they could even get away with raising their prices a bit). Absolutely delightful experience!!!"

"This is a must go to when in the New Castle area. The red sauce is a perfect balance of acidity and sweetness, the panini a unique fusion of flavors. The service is prompt and friendly and the atmosphere relaxed. Prices? Ridiculously under what the package is worth!"
