"Because nothing was explained to me and I came to HR Block because I thought I could get my money sooner than later and I was informed that I can’t and it cost me 375$ to do my taxes- I would have done them myself if I knew I couldn’t get any money soon. I was told by lady on the phone when they told me to come in and sign papers I was told I could get my money sooner within few days but then when I got there the lady who actually did my taxes told me I could not."

"I would highly recommend considering using Liberty Tax before H & R block. Liberty tax policy is for your return to be double checked before submitting by a certified CPA. H & R does not have your return double checked not even once. And when I called she let me know that H&R peace of mind would pretty much not do a thing or help you until way after the fact! ......If there is not a certified CPA employed at where you get your taxes done that checks all returns BEWARE!!"
