"I don't go here anymore. I was unfortunate enough to have Dory repair a rear door handle on my vehicle. Ever since having that done by him the door panel pops off on the lower right corner when trying to open the door preventing you from opening that door. Just 1 week before that he worked on my wife's car and forgot to tighten the lug nuts. Her rotor cracked when she drove it and it put her and my daughters life at risk. Thanks google for reminding me to post this so people know not to trust dory. It's sad because up until this paul serviced our vehicles and we never had any issues first two attempts with dory failed so I don't trust them anymore"

"I can not express enough my excitemnet- gratitude and high regard for Boulevard Automotive. After driving my Audi Q5 for over a year with a check engine light and several lengthy trips to another repair company where $1000 later -6 days in their shop where they still could not find what was wrong, which meant it would not pass emissions inspection. I did a research of local auto repair that worked on Audi's and found Boulevard Auto. I pulled my car from the place it was at and took it to Boulevard. By mid afternoon that same day I took it in they had it diagnosed - it was a pretty serious repair that would take 2 weeks, lucky for me I have a good warranty, but even without that warranty their prices were incredibly fair and a fraction of what the dealer would have charged. Not only did they get the repair done 5 days early they found another issue and fixed that also. Chris and Dory are the absolute best I have ever dealt with-ever ! My car runs like its brand new the engine is humming and I feel estatic that I have found a lifelong Automotive repair company with integrity - knowledge and skill that I can trust and have peace of mind that they'll take good care of me !
