"I was sent to Mr. Tire by the District Manager. Monroe Muffler in Weirton WV screwed My Car up with a simple wheel bearing replacement. The Manager at Monroe in Weirton could learn alot from the Manager Emmett Harris!! My car was fixed at no cost to me. They have a great staff and treat Women with respect!! It was a 40 min drive but well worth it. I will be back!!!"

"I got a flat in the middle of a snow storm and stopped by the location in Moon Township. The Manager Emmett was amazing, friendly, helpful and realized my flat quickly. It is so hard to find service like that in today’s world. Highly highly recommend. Worth the trip to that location!"

"Had a puncture in the passenger side tire (specifically in the tread) due to a nail. Called once and spoke with Emmett, he was very rude and told me to bring it in and hung up on me. I called back to verify he would be able to patch my specific type of tire and he told me I would be taken care of and subsequently hung up. Drove the car a lengthy distance to Mr. Tire in Moon and the same associate told me he was unable to patch the aforementioned tire. The only solution he offered was purchasing four tires at full price for approximately $1000+. Now, I have to drive into Imperial on a flat. I do not recommend Mr Tire in Moon Township. This establishment has gone downhill since manager Paul left. Fortunately, I was able to take my car to All About Autos in Imperial. Not only did they fix my tire, but they offered supreme value for money and great customer service. If you do not want to be treated like dirt and ripped off, do not go to Mr. Tire in Moon."

"I had a state inspection that I had made an appointment for online. When I arrived I was informed that it would be 1 1/2 - 2 hours. I have no complaints about the staff or the service provided (I wound up needing new tires to pass, which wasn't a surprise) The shop was very busy, and my car wasn't pulled in until almost an hour and a half after I arrived. It was 4 hours before all the work was completed. I have a feeling that the website allows them to be overbooked, which is annoying when you have an appointment and have to wait while the work is being done, but not their fault. I saw them helping a number of people, and I would recommend this shop as long as you are able to drop your car off and have a ride to pick it up."
