"I am conflicted leaving a negative review because the front desk attendant was very kind and professional in resolving this issue. We had a Subaru outback in for an oil change. When we returned home from picking up the car, there was a strong odor of burning plastic coming from the car and smoke coming out from under the hood. Oil was filled to the rim in the tray around the filter. We called and asked about it and they said they’d clean it all up if we brought it back the next day. They did clean it up well and offered a complimentary oil change to make up for it. However if the oil change was done correctly the first time I wouldn’t have been worrying about the smell and wouldn’t have to waste part of my day and the mechanics day to resolve the issue."

"Kevin and the team at Monro have been exceptional. I recently returned from a trip to find my caliper sticking and brakes digging into my rotors. They were quick to squeeze me in and when I went to drop off my car after hours, they were there working late with a garage full of cars. They were working hard to fulfill the demands of customers.
