"Avoid their collision center at all costs!! They waited just shy of 3 months on a wheel to start the repairs. I eventually had to contact the manufacturer to get the contact information for Straubs to order it. If it wasn’t for that I would probably still be waiting! Once the repairs were complete, I was able to pick up my truck with check engine lights on that they knew about from the accident. Since I’ve picked my truck up a month ago, it’s been at the dealer twice for repairs that they missed and also back to the collision center twice to fix their horrendous orange peel paint job."

"I went to get my recall taken care of and everyone was so so so very nice and friendly is was my first time being there and Brandon and Daniel was awesome. They got me in and out I. 20 minutes fast and efficient! The whole place was very very very clean and the restrooms was extra clean! I never experienced a cleaner place! I would recommend everyone to come here because they have excellent customer service and a very friendly clean place and outstanding staff!!!!!"

"Straub Hyundai gave us fantastic service, everyone was extremely kind and polite. We took our car for a recall, but also had a check engine light on. When finished, we had no charges, didn’t even charge us for the diagnostic for the check engine light. They also washed our car after completing the recall and diagnostic, all free of charge. "Nothing bad to say…. Never felt pressured to buy. Michael S. was great! Live 2 hours away. Was there on a Friday, not intending to buy a car and Hyundai was not in my top 3. Just wanted to check out a Sante Fe because of it only having 2 rows of seats. Michael showed me the Tucson ( more bang for your buck) and told me about a really sharp Amazon gray color. They found the color, had the Tucson at the dealership on Monday AND with gray interior that I liked. I drove down Tuesday to test drive…….. SOLD! I brought it home! I absolutely love it!
