"And I'm ready I had a horrible experience with this body shop/towing garage. My truck was towed there originally because it stalled out in the middle of the road and would not start back up. My husband went there the next day to try and start the truck himself, explaining to them again what had happened and gave them to go ahead to please fix the truck. We got to say calls us about 5 days later to say we could pick our truck up it started right up and was great They had replaced the starter. We were a little confused considering the starter would not make the truck stall, but of coarse we paid them and went outside and started our truck. The truck did start up with a little hesitation and was making a horrific noise it had never made before. We went back inside and asked the mechanic to come out to listen to it and his response was " it didn't make that sound when I started it" took a look under the hood pointing out possible things it could be said goodluck and sent us on our way after we expressed to him that this was our only vehicle, we lived out in Hopedale, and had to truck take the truck on 22 to get home. We decided to stay in the area and take the truck down the road to see how it ran We did not even make it to the Kroger when the truck stalled out twice. Naturally we called Marcino and I explained to him again how this was our only vehicle we were at their mercy could they at least take another look at our truck and possibly fix it. He said he would have to talk to his boss and call me back.When Marciano called back he told me that they did us a favor and were being nice,That they were done working out in our truck and we needed to find somebody else to do it, and hung up.I do not recommend anyone going to Marcino Towing. We later since brought our truck to "CK" They were amazing kind and respectful and really knew what they were talking about when it came to mechanic work. I highly recommend them."

"Absolutely the best place I've ever had work done on my car! Very professional and knowledgeable. Chad spoke with me on the phone took his time listening to what was wrong with my car and gave me an estimate. I was worried about driving my car because the water pump was the issue so he had someone at my house to tow my car within a few hours. Told me on the phone he would have it done the next day and he did!! The tow truck took it at 2pm on Thursday and Chris called me to let me know it was done at 2pm on Friday. The price was amazing for the tow and everything that was done. I told him I really needed it fast and he made sure it was done. Thank you guys so much!
