Amerilube Express Care - Weirton

"Just had to wait in line an hour and a half because one door was closed for construction. Finally get to my turn, and they informed me they did not have my oil filter in stock. Two cars in front of me the same thing happened, and they went across the street and bought an oil filter, but I was informed when they called their boss to see if that's what they wanted to do again, that the new owner refused to do that and said to just send me away, go buy my oil filter somewhere else and bring it to them, then come back and be charged full price, and wait in line again. So not only did I have to waste my time waiting for an oil change, but I had to also go spend more money because they didn't have the proper stock, then come and waste more of my time to get it done... this is the most unprofessional that I have ever seen a business being run.... especially with the auto store right across the street where they could have got what was needed and have a file and account with, and it would have only taken an extra 5 minutes, and now I have to wait longer to even get it done because I have to go to work now. The new ownership of this business should be entirely ashamed, and whoever it is is a crook. Find somewhere else to get your services done... if I could have given it an even lower score than one star I absolutely would have."
