"The Wellsburg Advance Auto is the worst Advance ever. Just when I thought it couldn't get worse I speak to them today to get an alternator pulley for project Pat that I had looked up the part number for on their absolute trash website and the young lady on the other side of the call says that she cannot order the pulley I need. She then goes on to tell me that I can order it from their website but she cannot fulfill the request. I will not be calling this store back or stopping in for supplies anytime soon as this store is a joke and does not have any customer service. The valley needs a good parts store alternative to NAPA but this Advance is not it. I do not suggest using this store unless its for something you can buy off the shelf, which you will still pay too much for because of the jacked up margins on the merchandise in this store. Even the employees know that owner is a cheapskate as they have told me in the past to not even bother asking for donations when I was looking for items for the St John The Baptist car show. Sad but true. Sorry for the scathing review just thought you should know."
