Hope is a pleasure to talk to and always ensures a timely diagnosis review of all problems, big or small. You can call and speak with her or even text if that better fits your daily agenda. The last 2 occasions I had to have work done was October on my wife's Kia and today on my daughters Ford. Each time the group at Myers identified the issue within hrs and got us back up and on our way. Hope has stayed after hours to receive payment and/or turn my keys back over. I could go on and on but just know Myers is the best there is outside of taking your vehicle to a manufacturers dealership service department and of course way more cost efficient as well."
