"Ordered the afternoon before an important lunch meeting and 30 minutes before I was set to pick up the order, I got a cancellation notice. When I called Olive Oils the manager said it was due to a lack of delivery driver. The order was for pick up and since the restaurant opens at 10, I think they could have given me a cancellation notice sooner or realized I didn’t need delivery. I like to support small places but reliability matters, go elsewhere."

"Ordered on the slice app Sunday 12/10/23 @4:19pm, delivery said 25-30 mins. Once i placed my order, delivery time changed to over an hr to 5:24pm. Called @5:51pm because food was late. They said it was on the way and should be there shortly. Food finally showed up @6:15pm and was ice cold. Very very disappointing, will let others know not to order here."

"I used to love this place. tonight we ordered the usual (through DoorDash) it was 25 min late… I get it it’s the weekend but late doesn’t mean make it sloppy, uncut, and undercooked. I called and was treated very rudely because it was a DoorDash order…. I mean my dasher didn’t make the pizza they did. As a business they should do the right thing and make it right but they could care less. what’s one order to them."

"We usually love ordering from Olive oils.We ordered Italian hoagies today. There was one piece of ham per side. It was so thin I could see thru it! And hardly any pepperoni ans salami."
