"We usually order from here every couple weeks, however the past few drivers have been very forgetful not bringing the receipt with them to the door assuming that they collected their tip over the phone. I have always been kind enough to call back in if they can’t find a receipt and add a tip anyway. However tonight was the last straw as the driver didn’t have a pen ( I let him keep mine) my order was completely wrong, and the only explanation I could get was make your kids wait for another 45 min for dinner so we can bring you a new one (but we want the old one back) or we will credit you $1.50 for the toppings we got wrong. How about instead you credit me back the $10 tip I gave your driver, and half a pizza for the half you couldn’t get right? Outright rude service which is sad because 98% of the time the food is great."
