"Sadly I ordered a flat bread sandwich like I have a million times. ...but this time I threw it away. It has.. in the past...always came wrapped in parchment in some form so that my food never touched the box. Last night they did not do so. So here I am wondering ..how long did the box sit before my food was randomly thrown in..who or what touched it a million times before my food was thrown in it? How many people touched it sat on it sat thing on it? I couldnt eat it at all the thought totally disgusted me."

"I've ordered from here many times, but the delivery takes so long. Sometimes I wait over an hour to get my food. And they keep on putting mayo on my food. I call to tell them and the say "I made this sandwich and I promise I put no mayo on it" even though I had the sandwich right in front of me"

"Ordered online at 5:18pm. Waited over an hour, called and received a laundry list of excuses. Was told they canceled the order. Still WAITING for my money to be refunded. I told the person I would order again online. They shut down online ordering! So, tried to order tonight, online ordering shut down again! Explain to me how early I'm supposed to order. How do you survive as a business?"

"The pizza here is interesting, is the best way I can casually say. I'd recommend you at least try it once, just to see if you'd enjoy it. In-depth, the crust is inconsistently cooked through and oftentimes the whole bottom of the box is doused in grease. Despite this, though, the toppings are plentiful and their marinara sauce is honestly pretty tasty. A lot of their side items are also nice, and they offer drinks at good price. My only objective complaint is their deals that they offer - more precisely, how over half of them are nonfunctional when you order online. You can have coupons emailed to you, but it's a gamble if they even work at all, and combined with a more expensive than usual main order, it's a lot to be desired on your wallet."
