"Specialty pizzas are amazing! Buffalo, veggie, sweet honey hot, etc.. But the pepperoni and cheese pizzas are bottom tier. Service is mediocre and the atmosphere is as well. Definitely worth ordering the specialty pizzas but make sure you take it home to eat :)"

"I order from Pizza Joe's in Bessemer at least once a month (was more frequent during the height of the lockdowns). The food is usually very tasty and normally I have no issues. Tonight I ordered online for the first time. I ordered over $35 worth of food. I wanted a "steak and cheese hoagie", which is the steak pattie. What I got was a very sad looking Philly Steak. (Two totally different sandwiches on the menu.) I called the restaurant when I got home and realized what they gave me, just to clarify whether or not I had misunderstood the menu... I was told "Oh, you ordered online. When you order online, we automatically give you a Philly Steak." No offer to fix it; barely an apology. So, *IF* I ever order from this Pizza Joe's again, I won't order online. I don't understand why they even have online ordering if they have to guess at what you want. Weird."
