"Ever since the store changed ownership the pizza has gone way down hill. Multiple times we haven't gotten any of the garlic seasoning on the crust (which is one of the reasons we really like it). Customer service is fine...just mostly disappointed in the pizza now."

"The first couple of times ordering were great, food was hot and much better than I've come to expect from other Domino's locations. Unfortunately, all good things must end- first came the massive increase in wait times (frequently 90 to 120 minutes). The online site often misconstrued this, as well: it was claimed that my pizza had been done for about 75 minutes before it was delivered. I presume it was taken to the wrong house, it was eaten, it was made wrong, I don't know. Another matter is the tracker. Once the pizza has been sent out for delivery (according to the tracker on their website), it seems to occasionally declare it has been delivered. This can be verified as false by the lack of pizza. In one instance, it arrived about 30 minutes after it claimed it had. I think people there are trying, but even just something like a more accurate estimation of time would bump my score up by a star. It's disheartening to see the estimate be 30-40 minutes and then wait over twice that."

"Order arrived incomplete, after 25min the rest of my order hadn't showed. I called to ask what was going on and wasn't offered any real compensation for the mistake, instead I was told i was being rude and the person on the phone put the phone down and walked away saying "im not dealing with him he's being rude" when I absolutely was not being rude, I knew it was there policy to compensate for mistakes on orders and all I was wanting to hear was that there wold be something done to keep me as a happy customer. Now I am not happy and Not sure when I will order from this location again.... at the end of whole transaction I paid for delivery, tipped and they didn't even bring the the correct salid after needing to make two trips to get me all the food I ordered. Two stars is being generous!"

"Pizza is good almost always, but it seems like recently staffing has been an issue. Tonight in particular, I stood waiting in an empty store for almost 5min until two employees were yelled at by the manager to get back on the floor (smoke break? playing on phones? I tried saying hello but nobody responded). I order from this location about once every 10-14 days, and this has been the second time in the past couple months I've entered to no employees on the floor. In addition, the two employees helped me out without a single word other than my total. Did not ask me about plates/napkins, but asked the next customer. Overall, this location is good. But some of the staff members seem to not care so much about their job."

"Online ordering is turned off, had to call and person had no clue what she was doing on the order. The website has a deal for any two for $6.99, they wouldn't give it to me because "the coupon wouldn't load". Also they wouldn't give me any rewards points because that's for online ordering - but you can't order online. Just so you know, there are several other pizza shops in town and I called one of them and they knew what they were doing. Maybe you should spend some time training your employees and teaching them some customer service."
