About the Business
Greenfield Community Park, located at 10430 Station Road in North East, Pennsylvania, is a beautiful public park offering a variety of amenities for visitors to enjoy. The park recently received a grant to replace the old playground with a new ADA-compliant playground, as well as make other ADA improvements throughout the park.
The park features pavilions available for reservation, with rates set at $125 for the large pavilion and $70 for the small pavilion. The pavilions come equipped with electrical service, charcoal grills, and picnic tables. Reservations can be made by calling the Municipal Office, and must be paid in order to secure the reservation.
In addition to the pavilions, the park offers a volleyball court, baseball field, playgrounds, a walking/exercise/ADA trail, and restrooms for visitors to enjoy. Pets are allowed in the park but must be kept on a leash and waste must be cleaned up.
Visitors are asked to take all garbage with them when they leave to prevent wild animals from being attracted to the park. Extra garbage bags are provided for reservations. Motorized vehicles are not allowed on the walking trail, and dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.
The park is a popular spot for community events and gatherings, but exclusive use of the park is not available. Reservations of pavilions are made on a first come, first served basis, and do not include exclusive use of the park. "The park is well maintained. There is a nice playground under construction. Walking trails and nice shelters. The only things I did not care for is dust from the driveway and a strong urine smell in the ladies room. The restroom is clean tho."
