"Had been paying consistently but since I didn’t call to make a payment plan they sent me to collections. They never called and when I called they said you got one call in this date and I had no record on my phone or voicemail of this. Seriously? I’m paying but not good enough let us make sure to screw someone’s credit up!!!! Never ever will recommend them!!"

"I over paid a bill and have been calling their billing department for close to a year now. They don’t have any supervisors that you can speak with and say that someone will call you back, and no one ever does. My refund has been “escalated” but I feel as though I am never going to see my money again. This is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. Stay as far away from them as you can. If having a procedure, request a different company."

"This is the worst managed business I have ever experienced. Billed my wife instead of me, I paid the bill, they couldn't figure out that I paid it. It has now been sent to a collections agency. Called for third time today, she didn't want to deal with it and sent me to someone's voicemail. They call this "Customer Service"?"
