"If I could give zero stars, I would. As a social worker, I have high expectations for care…especially for mental health. I have left this practice feeling physically sick due to the fact that I have been “discharged due to nonpayment.” The RN (or virtual assistant) has ZERO social skills or compassion and failed to communicate any information regarding bills past due. Mind you, I also emailed the owner/lead provider, and received no response. I was told the day of my appointment that I was discharged and was expected to find a provider within a month (since I am on a controlled substance). Thank god I have resources. I do not recommend this practice to anyone that is seeking genuine care. Apparently all we’re good for is the copayment."
