"Laser Hair Removal equipment doesn't work or the staff don't know how to operate it. I have a really fair complexion and fine dark hair and the first esthetician I saw said I shouldn't bother with the package deal because I likely wouldn't need all the treatments for permanent results. I had 8 treatments with 4 at "maximum" level and no permanent results. At my last appointment a different esthetician told me it's laser hair reduction not removal, though that's not what the website advertises, and contradicted how I was told to prep the areas being lasered since I started."
"Really enjoyed my visit for a lip filler at this place. The nurse was very calm and friendly, the lady at the front desk was very welcoming. Pro tip: pay with cash/check otherwise it’s 3.5% charge for any card usage."
"Why charge extra fee when paying with a credit card ? Is it a form of punishment for not paying with cash or check. It should be communicated upfront that cash is preferred. I’m not happy with that. Otherwise everything was good"
"My experience has been absolutely amazing! I was very inexperienced with filler and Botox, so the first time I had it done I didn’t really feel like I had a clear understanding of what I was getting or what I wanted,no fault of anyone else but myself and not knowing what questions to ask. I contacted Emily, explaining that I was not satisfied with my experience or the results for the cost of the treatment. (Me inexperienced) Emily IMMEDIATELY contacted me and asked if we could have a meeting and she would personally redo the treatment or refund my treatment. That was impressive to me. We met, she was warm and kind, she answered my questions and she had so much knowledge and confidence in her ability to do her job! I felt like I was in a room with my best friend! My results were so good that I couldn’t stop crying! My wife came in with me and she was against all of the things I was doing until we were done, and then she was in the mirror asking if she could come in and see Emily for a consultation!! Emily is that good! I don’t leave reviews, but I’ve never felt so much love and respect in a medical office ever! Emily cares for her patients and she wants them to feel beautiful and safe and happy.
