"I have nothing but amazing things to say about the children’s den, I had a lot of anxiety putting my little guy in a center and toured over 20! After touring the children’s den, I knew it was the right place for us! He has been there now almost 6 months and we are so happy! The teachers are phenomenal, the owner Sam truly cares about the kiddos there and it shows daily! I’m so thankful we found this place!"

"We started sending our son here in 2022 when he was 2.5 years old. After having a bad experience at another daycare this place was truly our godsend. He was mostly non verbal due to ear issues and we had concerns and he started speaking about 3 weeks after starting at this daycare! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this organization and how they have taken care of our son and we legit love about 20 minutes away in bedford and have no issue with the drive because of how happy our son and we are with the Children’s Den. I always tell people locally online who are looking to check them out!"

"Too many young people working there therefore lack of experience, and no flexibility even when child is tired, sleepy or getting over a sickness. My child does not get sick easily however he was sick every single day he was there, runny nose, cough etc he was miserable and never happy. He couldn't wait for me to pick him up and I was pissed each time as I found him outside in the cold, crying with runny nose and no one seemed to care as the teachers were there but not paying him no mind. I witnessed this a couple of times when I come to pick up 30 minutes early but stay in the car and watch whats going on and interactions. When I got out of the car and they saw me thats when they pretend to try to get tissues for him. Pulled him out immediately after going there for 2 months. Since then he stopped being sick and was happier at the new daycare. Also, they don't mess with their money, the app sends you multiple reminders the weekend before. They have clutter free open space though."

"This daycare was the daycare I chose to bring both of my babies.. in the beginning it was great.. even though when we got through the tour because we were Hispanic they immediately asked if we needed assistance.. which I assumed it went through state guidelines and we don’t qualify for assistance there I assumed it was the same… my children enjoyed their time there and learned a lot.. until the owner started demanding things that she wasn’t demanding of other parents.. we were late a couple times because of traffic and my husbands work is very spontaneous.. we were told that it was grounds for termination if we kept showing up late even though we paid late fees without an issue. So I started picking up my kids 30 minutes before pick up time and notice there were more than just my two kids in each classroom.. which meant to me that they were just looking for anything to get us out.. we had some payroll issues because our companies switched payroll and it took a couple weeks for it to be fixed and we were also threatened to termination or our kids not being accepted because pay was not made on time (which is understandable) but we spoke with director and she told us we would be ok paying a week late as long as we paid our late fees which we always did and made sure it only stayed one week behind.. we had some family issues happen so we had to take the kids out.. we decided this one Monday morning and was told we needed to give a two week notice which ended almost being a month after because of the time we gave the two weeks.. the last week the children were suppose to attend daycare the director messages us on the bright-wheel app at 6am saying that because tuition was not paid the babies could not come.. mind you they had already spoke to us about being able to pay a week late because of the payroll issues!!!! But they had a teacher development week where we had to pay even though the children didn’t attend.. a week I took off of work because they had no daycare but still had to pay! The place is a nice brand new place but they are really good at keeping the stink bugs crawling around everywhere.. and I know I’m Not the only who feels this way I had multiple parents ask why there were so many stink bugs around! My kids went into that day care and were sick with runny noses everyday coughing constantly sick watery bowel movements.. the minute my children were taken out they no longer have runny poop runny noses and no exposures to Covid every other day! If you chose this daycare please make sure you read the fine print and keep an eye on the stink bugs everywhere.. I’m not writing this post to bash them but for the moms who work hard to put their kids in a LLC to support a small business owner to only be left with a bad taste in your mouth because the owner just cares about money! Also I don’t care how much time you spend with a child or how much you love a child.. seeing a teacher constantly kissing only one child and carrying them around all day is completely unacceptable.. and there were plenty of times I saw this woman do this! Maybe that’s why the kids were always sick!!!"
