"My 8 yr old grand daughter and I drove 2 hours to drop off documents, keys and the truck radio and retrieve my plates. When we entered the office, my grand asked if she could use the bathroom. As we looked at a men’s and ladies’ room sign on doors we were told no. They didn’t have a bathroom. I asked what about those? Answer was they don’t have a “public” bathroom. But they do have a Porto potty in the car yard. Not happy, but what were we to do, we walked about 1/3 of the way across the access way to the portable. The man in the yard started yelling at us that we were not to be there. I said the office sent us here. He wanted us to have on a reflective vest. I appreciate and applaud the need for a vest, but none was provided or offered in the office. I said to him we are here as customers, it’s not like we walked in off the street just to use your bathroom. He was fine, non of this was his fault. On the plus side the porta was clean. The remainder of my interaction went ok. I recognize this has nothing to do with buying a car. Just be sure to do your business before you get there."
