"My husband had to get dentures and went multiple times to get them fitted. They couldn't get it right and basically told him he to deal with it. We had to pay for dentures that he can't even wear because they don't fit. They are too big and they just don't care. It's been over a year and he can't wear them so now we have to go find somewhere else for and pay someone else so do them correctly"

I told about a very bad experience I had with my elementary school dentist, many years ago, who ridiculed me for asking to be “numbed” before having my teeth drilled. He said, just pretend you hear a speedboat zipping up and down the water! Anyone who needed to be numbed, was weak and a baby! My dentist gave me enough numbing medication so I didn’t feel anything, and he was safe, quick and kind! I thanked him and told him how good he was, and his assistant.
