"Had an appointment and they didn’t take us in till 45 mins after our appointment, we were there for over two hours for a gel, dip and regular manicure. I got two jewels put on my nails that didn’t even last 24 hours and live too far to go back to have them fix it. Disappointed in the service and experience."

"I received a gift card for my birthday so I decided to give them another try First visit was absolutely wonderful (LOVED MY NAILS & SERVICE) however I made an appointment for my second visit for later in the evening and as soon as I walked in I felt rushed and I was simple as can be wanted a fill with the colors as my previous visit (even had the polish numbers except for one) never asked for my nails to be cut down and she cut them down and when I said something her reply was hunny cut down I said no cut down and she still continued to do so. I went to pay and she charged me 20 extra dollars for the same exact service I got last time which I questioned and she giggled n said I sorry don’t understand at that time it was almost 745pm and I wanted to leave. I don’t understand how you can change someone $20 more dollars then the first visit when you didn’t do anything different( I could see if I got designs or they were extra long or I got dip) Guess it’s time to go back to my normal place. Where they don’t overcharge you and they understand their clients and know what no cut down means!!!!"

They went above and beyond and spent more time on them then they had to! I recommend them over any place I’ve been to they do an amazing job no matter what you get!"
