"This place was as great as all other locations with the one exception: I found it elusively difficult to locate as I drove around the block. I reasoned that it was because the exterior appearance boasted somewhat uncharacteristic colors and architecture that just didn't match up with my memorized appearance cues. Trust your maps! It's right where they say it is. I don't disguise my coffee with sweeteners and dairy and found the dark roast a tad more bitter than usual. Still... very... good."

"I've been to a lot of Starbucks, and the service here is terrible. Don't be surprised with a mobile order, if you still have to wait 30+ minutes from ordering. The app is completely incorrect with the estimated time your order will be completed. It's very typical that you will need to wait 15+ minutes after arriving for someone to begin making your drink. There's another Starbucks not too far away. I suggest driving out of the way, if you need to."

"Ever notice how much your barista puts into some of these orders? I want to hug this team daily. Even with some new crew, everyone works together. There’s always growing pains with growth and change but this crew continues to show they want to make great coffee amongst a million varieties and variations. If the miss, they will remake, but I’m getting consistent beverages from this joint."

"Unfortunately it’s been downhill here for a while. While some staff are quite attentive and seem to actually care about your order, others seem sick of work and are there because they feel they have to be Placed an order yesterday from the mobile app as time was of the essence. Food was ready when we arrived but were told our coffee stickers hadn’t even printed. We left. I came back for the coffee while my wife continued with her appointment. I continued to wait for another 30 minutes. My name was called out, I responded and waved at the barista who yelled my name. She ignored me and moved. Without making our drink. 5 minutes later she yelled my name again and finally saw me and proceeded to make my order. 50 minutes total for one drink, two cake pops, and a ham and cheese croissant. Unfortunately to top it all off the drink was made completely wrong and missing the cream on top which was the whole reason for ordering it. I understand new baristas were in training but the wait time that late in the day seems a bit obnoxious."

"This Starbucks is so poorly managed it's ridiculous. They clearly don't train people well enough if every other Starbucks in the area can make the drink perfect but they can't. And on top of that, it takes about 30 minutes to get a single drink order at any given time. With half a dozen people working, only 2 are actually doing anything. If you're one of the 2 who actually work, I'm sorry you're there dealing with that. It sucks that the others run perfectly fine."
