"Not reliable for online ordering in the morning, I've now lost three fairly large orders placed through the app because when I have arrived to pick up my food, no one is there. I have also been promised gift cards to compensate for this and still have not received them."

"i don’t know if the blonde girl who works there is stupid or hates her job but every time I go here she consistently messes up my coffee order. She also clearly doesn’t read the full order because she gave me my drinks, told me to have a good day and closed the window before I got my food. It seems like this dunk-in has a serious management problem because this behavior should have been corrected by now. This location also has the dumbest drive through set up I have ever seen, which isn’t the fault of the workers but a renovation is seriously needed."

"Went to this location today and the app said it was busier than usual and it was! Only 2 young ladies where working there today and they deserve a raise! It’s unbelievable how they where handling the situation. I wish I knew their names. This store has improved a lot and it’s this new staff. Best one they’ve had so keep them! They are amazing."
