"Koffee Kat is an amazing and integral space to the downtown Plattsburgh area. Well priced for specialized drinks and food, sociable staff, and the environment is something we're missing these days; a "third place". The shop spotlights local artisans and sells their goods, there are plenty of activities to do as well as events held all month long. There's music, never too loud or too annoying, and the lights are soft and easy on the eyes. If you're boycotting the large chain coffee shops, consider taking a trip down here and vote with your dollar."
