Suburban Propane

"I am not a customer of Suburban Propane, this is in regards to an incident which happened on August 21 that involved a Suburban Propane driver. Property damage to my father fence by a driver who never reported it to his supervisor nor took responsibility for the damage caused. An incident report was filed with the local police and the facilities’ manager was notified on September 11. Over the time that has passed assuming that it would be handled properly my 81 year old father and myself had to pay and fix damages that were caused by a Suburban Propane driver, who happens to be the grandson of our neighbor. This process of expecting a driver to follow proper procedures and take immediate action with notifying his office and the the owner of the property that was damaged is irresponsible and negligent. The driver was trying to hide his actions and not except responsibility. And now since his manager has known, it seems as if the issue is not being reported to corporate. This is the third time this driver has caused damages to our property. But because of being neighbors with the other home owner where this driver lives has caused us not to pursue the first two but the the third was to bad to ignore and expensive for an 81 year old to afford. This company seems not to care about what their drivers do while on the road. Let’s add some more damage to the list. It seems like the drivers hit objects with company trucks because of carelessness."

The set up of the tank and test was completed as scheduled and done in a timely and efficient manner. First delivery of propane was completed as agreed. We has a few telephone questions and they provided fast answers. All staff has been friendly and professional."

"The customer service in helping set up my account was very friendly, prompt, and efficient. The account representative that I had made the whole process easy. The technician who came to the house to test the tank, the gas system, and all of the gas appliances was thorough, friendly, and educated me a lot on gas as a home fuel. He tested the gas stove and explained how everything worked, he tested and started up the furnace and hot water tank, and showed me everything that I should be looking for, what to do if there were any problems, and how to adjust the hot water heater. I was very appreciative of all the help, and never having an account with this company before, I was impressed with the service."
