"My first visit with Michelle was very informative and comforting as I had recently spent 6 hours at St Joseph Hospital with excruciating painful back spasms. She asked many questions and really listened to every answer and symptom that I described. Prior to beginning treatment, she explained everything that we were going to do and why. Upon leaving, Michelle provided me with an exercise program (with video) to maintain a healthy back. In a week’s time, I have already noticed dramatic improvement. Communication is key with me, and the flawless nature of setting up an appointment and filling out paperwork was above and beyond what I've experienced in the past. I worked with Keith. His listening skills, diagnostic ability and explanation of exercises and "how to" was bar none the best I have had. He showed me how to do each exercise, then had me do them until I was comfortable doing them on my own.
