"I just want to start by saying I've never really taken the time to write reviews before and that alone should say enough about the quality of Mecha Warehouse. Ever since getting into gunpla as a hobby, I've put in a lot of orders at a lot of different places and they continue to be my number one place to shop. Everything from inventory to pricing,shipping to customer service; Mecha Warehouse is consistently the best I've found, and I honestly can't recommend doing business with them enough."
"Recently made first time purchase from this store when they had High Grade Gundam Aerial in stock. The store has an incredible selection of items available, so I also purchased Aerial alongside the High Grade Unicorn Banshee, Full Mechanics Calamity Gundam, and an Action Base 4 too. The website clearly communicated that orders would have a slight delay due to the influx of orders (especially for Aerial) and management also sent out an email communicating this as well once I had made the purchase; I don't mind waiting a little longer for my order especially when management is clear about expectations, so I really have to applaud Mecha Warehouse for having communicated the slight delay on both their website and in an email response. Shipping was about $10 (unsure if flat $10 shipping or based on amount purchased/distance) and no sales tax, with the prices of the models being around what MSRP would be. Package was extremely well packed and protected and delivered by UPS. Fantastic store and will almost certainly order from again"
