"I am giving 2 stars because they actually replied within 24hrs of my email so that was great but to my dismay the reply was lacking any help. I sent a detailed list of six items I was looking for to do a project. I asked for model# of recommended products and an estimate. All I got in the reply from Scott Cameron (tech support & sales) was "we don't have black strip light, only white." Nothing about any of the other items. No quotes nothing. Maybe someone else willing to help and make a sale will reach out to me."
