"Very disappointed. I had placed an order for a custom birthday cake the week of Thanksgiving with the owner, herself. She stated after taking my information, money and agreeing to the date for pick up as December 6th (pm pickup), she would call me to confirm the details of the design. Well, here it is, as a new customer not quite familiar with their odd hours, finding out they are closed on Wednesday, the date this bakery agreed to deliver the order for pickup. No call was ever made to confirm design and I have a birthday in our house to celebrate and no cake. As a small business, it is your job to know your processes and deliver what you state you can deliver. This was not the case. I WAS a new customer during the Thanksgiving week and I will NOT be returning. Thankfully, I can afford to lose my money paid for said cake, but many people might not be in that same position. If you are looking for custom cakes or baked goods, look elsewhere."

"AWESOME PLACE! - I was looking online for a place to get a cup of coffee locally, and I saw Sweet Caroline come up. I decided to give it a try, and I LOVED IT! The service wasn't only great, but the coffee was really good and the pastries and baked goods were awesome! I got the bacon egg and cheese croissant, and my daughter got the Oreo cupcake. We both loved what we got and we plan to get the apple cider donuts next time. The seating area is SO cozy and comfortable, not to mention all the cute decor and home items available for purchase. I would definitely recommend Sweet Caroline to anyone who is passing through the area (cut through the Hanford's or McDonald's parking lots for access)."
